Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Cyber Mall and users in the use of Internet-related services provided by Digital Frontier Cyber Mall (hereinafter referred to as "Digital Frontier") operated by Digital Frontier.
Article 2 (Definitions)
①The term "digital frontier" means a virtual place of business where digital frontier can trade goods, etc. using information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or services (hereinafter referred to as "goods, etc.") to users, and is also used as a business operator operating a cyber mall.
②The term "user" means members and non-members who receive services provided by the "digital frontier" in accordance with the terms and conditions of the "digital frontier".
③ The term "member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the "Digital Frontier" and who is constantly provided with the information of the "Digital Frontier" and can continue to use the services provided by the "Digital Frontier".
④ "Non-member" refers to a person who does not subscribe to a membership and uses the services provided by the "digital frontier".
Article 3 (Specification and explanation of terms and conditions, etc. and revision)
① The "Digital Frontier" shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions, the name of the trade name and representative, the address of the location of the business office (including the address of the place where consumer complaints can be handled), telephone number, simulated transmission number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail business report number, personal information management manager, etc. on the initial service screen of the Digital Frontier Cyber Mall for easy users to understand: Provided, That the contents of the Terms and Conditions may be viewed by the user through the connection screen.
② Before the user agrees to the terms and conditions, the "Digital Frontier" shall provide a separate connection screen or pop-up screen so that the user can understand important contents such as subscription withdrawal, delivery responsibility, and refund conditions.
③ "Digital Frontier" may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate related laws such as the Consumer Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, the Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization, the Door-to-Door Sales Act, and the Consumer Protection Act.
④ When "Digital Frontier" amends the terms and conditions, the date of application and the reason for the revision shall be specified and notified on the initial screen of the mall along with the current terms and conditions from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date.
However, if the contents of the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the user, they will be notified with a grace period of at least 30 days in advance. In this case, "Digital Frontier" clearly compares the contents before and after the revision so that the user can understand it easily.
⑤ If "Digital Frontier" revises the terms and conditions, the revised terms and conditions will only apply to contracts concluded after the application date, and for contracts already concluded before that, the terms and conditions of the revised terms and conditions will remain the same. However, if a user who has already signed a contract wants to be subject to the revised terms and conditions by transmitting his/her intention to the "Digital Frontier" within the notice period of the revised terms and conditions under paragraph (3) and obtaining consent from the "Digital Frontier," the revised terms and conditions will be applied.
⑥ The matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Consumer Protection Act on Electronic Commerce, the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Consumer Protection Guidelines on Electronic Commerce, etc. and related Acts and subordinate statutes or regulations prescribed by the Fair Trade Commission.
Article 4 (Provisions and Changes of Services)
① "Digital Frontiers" perform the following tasks.
1. Provision of information on goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts
2. Delivery of goods or services to which a purchase contract is concluded
3. Other tasks prescribed by "Digital Frontiers"
②The "digital frontier" may change the contents of goods or services to be provided under a contract concluded in the future in the event of a sell-out of goods or services or a change in technical specifications, etc. In such cases, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of provision shall be specified and immediately notified to the place where the current goods or services are posted.
③If the contents of the service contracted with the user by Digital Frontier are changed due to reasons such as out of stock of goods, etc., or changes in technical specifications, the user shall be notified immediately to the address at which the user can be notified.
④In the case of the preceding paragraph, "Digital Frontier" compensates for damages incurred by users. However, this is not the case if "Digital Frontier" proves that it is not intentional or negligent.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
① "Digital Frontier" may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of a maintenance inspection of information and communication facilities such as computers, replacement, failure, communication interruption, etc.
②"Digital Frontier" shall compensate users or third parties for damages incurred by the temporary suspension of service provision due to reasons referred to in paragraph (1), provided that "Digital Frontier" proves no intention or negligence.
③Where it becomes impossible to provide services due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, integration between companies, etc., the "Digital Frontier" shall notify the user in the manner prescribed in Article 8 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions originally set forth in the "Digital Frontier": Provided, That where the "Digital Frontier" fails to notify the standards for compensation, etc., the mileage or reserves of the users shall be paid to the users in kind or cash equivalent to the currency value used in the "Digital Frontier."
Article 6 (Membership registration)
① Users apply for membership by filling in their membership information according to the subscription form set by the "Digital Frontier" and expressing their intention to agree to these terms and conditions.
② The "Digital Frontier" shall register as a member unless it falls under any of the following subparagraphs among users who have applied to join as a member as shown in paragraph (1).
1. Where an applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership pursuant to Article 7 (3) of this Agreement: Provided, That three years have passed since he/she lost his/her membership under Article 7 (3) and has obtained consent to rejoin the "Digital Frontier"
